Generic errors on VPG that are annoying, first step is checking a vpg, and seeing if VRA’s are installed on the host that the VM is sitting on. To do this:

Check the vpg that the monitoring is alerting for on analytics.zerto.com

Log into vSphere, and check what host the vm is on

Log into the zvm that the protected site is on and search that hosts name in “Setup”

You can see above that there is nothing under “VRA Name” meaning that there is no VRA installed on that host.

You can get more clues to see whats going on by looking at the tasks for the vm. In the vm above, it says there was migration from one host to the current one, so the original host must have had something wrong with it
