You cant add the email domain in there, nor can you use RegEx

To get the SEG to actually use the correct sender group for emails, you need to put in the PTR record for the IP address:

e.g 159.135.225.167 ----resolves to —⇒ m225-167.mailgun.net

You can put the IP in, however the sender can change their IP, so chuck in the domain name instead.

You can get the PTR record from mxtoolbox obviously don’t be dumb I shouldn’t have to hold your hand

Click on the dropdown next to Sender Groups (Listener: x) and set it to ExternalMail
